Updating Payment Details Online

When donors set up a regular payment (using a payment card) there may come a time when a donor needs to update their card details i.e. the card has expired . As far as I'm aware Online Express will not allow individuals to update their card details online. Does anyone have a way that they can securely capture changing card details (via online data capture) which can then be used to feed through to Raiser's Edge.

    It does create a new recurring gift, we just cancel the old one. There is no way to update the existing recurring gift and at other organizations I worked at, this was unacceptable so they removed the option for monthly donors to update online. We find not that so many people prefer to do it online that we're OK with having multiple recurring templates with just the most current being active.
