Images in Emails - Outlook Problem

As of the latest patch, images (especially headers that should fill the intended width) are skewed very small in Outlook email clients. We've now seen this consistently across 10+ clients in the past week. All of the email clients show the images correctly.

Hi Julie,

Yes, we're looking at this issue. We have a KB with some information about this. Images and layouts skewed when viewing messages from NetCommunity

It looks like this occurs on Windows desktop devices, within MS Outlook 2000 or greater, where the DPI/Zoom settings are set higher than 100%. When we have more information we'll update that article.

We noticed this happening in our emails a few days ago; I didn't realize it was a new problem more broadly in NetCommunity. We're hosted and on version 6.64.141.21.

...I don't think I can implement the solution presented because the email editor strips out html and head tags, right? Did the previous version of NetCommunity include something like this solution, and something change in a recent release?

Just updating: we got patch 21 on November 1st, but looking back we see this problem in earlier emails.
