BUG: Some A/B email sends are not populating a delivery end date, and stats are not able to be populated.

I'm wondering if other Luminate clients are experiencing this:  Some A/B email sends are not populating a delivery end date (on the status and delivery details pages), and stats are not able to be populated.



Engineering says that they "have the stats within the database, and the email completing sending so the issue is with displaying of the stats."



This is happening to us only SOMETIMES with variants of messages.  And, as it's year-end fundraising time, it's critical that I see my email results.



I've asked if Engineering can get me those stats in another way.  Anyone else have a workaround... or want to lend their voice to the importance of getting this Bug squashed immediately?

  • We haven't seen this issue, but depend more on the report writer results.  Do they tend to fail for you as well as the delivery detail page for the same messages?
  • This sounds like you might be experiencing bug # 70535 where the email delivery stats are sometimes not updating after a scheduled delivery was sent, but we'll need to confirm. Please contact Luminate support and reference that bug number as well as a link to the delivery results page.
