How can I capture last 4 digits and card type - I think I indicated not to save it when I first set up Online Express - how can i get it back?

    That data doesn't appear on the Gift Records after you download and commit them?  Does the Authorization Code appear on the Gift Record?  Are those fields all in the Batch, or could you have accidentally alter the Batch Setup and removed those fields?  I tried looking in OLX under Account > BBMS Options, but it won't open for me today, and I don't have any transactions to download and test.



    You can go into BB Merchant Services and download that information on the Detail Export of the Disbursement Reports.

    The fields for credit card # and expiration date are blank (and yellow) in my batch - I believe when I first set up  Onlne Express I selected the option to not dowload credit card number, thinking it would be the whole number  - now I would like the last 4 digits and expir date - I can't seem to find the option to change this setup selection

    I think you will want to contact Blackbaud Support.  Either OLX or BBMS.  It doesn't seem as though anyone else is in this same situation, and I cannot find in my RE/OLX where that option might be to turn it back on.  However, once you figure it out, it would be good if you could post the answer here so anyone searching with this question in the future will find the answer much faster and easier!
