Interview Questions for Prospect Researcher

I am looking for interview questions to ask candidates for a prospect researcher position. I want to get a good feel for their research skills and software skill level (RE, ResearchPoint or similar).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ask about their top 3 or 5 research tools they use and specifically how those items would fit into a budget
Ask how they feel about using social media in a research profile, specifically facebook or instagram. (There are many debates in the research world about using this type of information)
Length of time spent on one research request
Different levels of information (how in depth do they go depending on the donor cycle position of the prospect)
