Occasional brief outages with NetCommunity?

I've been getting complaints that our NetCommunity pages (all of them) go down occasionally, but it rarely lasts for more than a minute or two. It seems to fix itself before I can figure out what caused the problem in the first place. I recall having a similar issue with a previous organization.

Has anyone else run into anything like this? If so, did you figure out what was causing it?
