Hi guys,



Just wondering is there a way of hooking in to display a custom thank you message styled as we require rather than using the generic out of the box supplied by Online Express?

    You can customize the email text, but I do not believe you can alter the "transaction details" section, other than removing it completely.  Merge fields available are: Title, First Name, Last Name, Gift Amount, Transaction Details, eReceipt Link, eReceipt Number.  This is on the 5 Thank Yous tab of each Donation Page.

    This one is rather old, and the original request is now available (Title and Last Name fields), but the thread is 2 pages and the most recent comment was just last week.  Plus BB staff is active in the thread asking what fields would be useful to have.

    This one is about the eReceipt, from just last month and no comments yet.  Not sure, but I think what you're really looking for is to be able to customize the design & content of the eReceipt and then include that in your thank you emails.



    Actually, in looking closer at your example, I think you're wanting to customize the Confirmation Page, rather than the Email.  Although I think the same merge fields are available for both.
