Not receiving email notifications for OLX gifts since moving to hosted

Since moving our database to hosted, i noticed that we received online donations but did not receive any email lnotifications. We were receiving email notifications as online gifts were made when the db was locally hosted but i just happened to go to Online Express to create another donation form and noticed that we had received several donations. I checked all of the email boxes and no one received notifications.

I noticed that in Tools, there are additional "buttons" for Microsoft Outlook and Mail Configuration which i don't think we've done anything yet. Is that why we're no longer receiving email notifications? However, we are receiving the BBMS weekly summary emails, just not for the transactions.

(Note, i tried posting via another similar but old discussion but didn't receive a response thinking it may have gotten buried...)

    When converting to Hosting, did the OLX Email Notification addresses get wiped out somehow?  Open a Donation Form, and look on the 5 Thank Yous tab.  The first field should be all of the email addresses that get notifications for donations made using this form.  I think you have to set them for each form separately (however, you can copy-and-paste).  The MS Outlook options under the Tools Menu are, to my knowledge, not related to OLX at all.

    No, the email addresses are still there and the only email that we're receiving is the weekly summary.

    While the question I had wasn't the one you were responding to, you did answer my question so I wanted to thank you. I am in the process of converting from NetCommunity to OLX and wasn't sure if there was a general email notification setting, but your statement that notifications are done on each individual form versus a one step general setting helped me resolve my search. Thanks!
