Recently, we've had a cluster of calls and emails from donors who have been very frustrated with the ReCAPTCHA portion on our BBNC giving pages.  Every donor has expressed that they are either difficult to read and/or they keep getting denied.  Is there a way to make ReCAPTCHA work better or an altenative verfication service that is avaialble to use?

    I agree that reCAPTCHA can be challenging to read sometimes! We do not have control over the phrases that reCAPTCHA provides, however, because it is pulling that information from Google (who owns reCAPTCHA).
