Pledge reminders: How to pull amount due by year-end in Gift Export?

Hello all,



We have a Gift Export set up to generate the merge fields for our Pledge reminder letters, and we would like to pull the amount due by year-end as one of the fields. This is something a former employee had done in the past. We aren't quite sure how she went about it, and she's not here to ask. We have some ideas, but still can't seem to find the right fields to pull. I am guessing it would basically be pulling the Installment amount for the year in question but am not seeing how to pull that.



Any thoughts would be appreciated!

    For Mail > Reminders use 12/31/15 as the run date.  The date in this field includes all payments due by that date.  

    Note, on reminder history it will be listed as a reminder 12/31/15 regardless of when you mail it/

    If you check the box to create output query it should have the amount in the field you need for your gift export if it's done separately from the reminder export.

    The output Query created by Mail only includes pointers to the Constituent/Organization/Individual/Gift that gets selected by the Mail function, not any data like the amount.  If you chose "Create custom data file" from the Mail > Reminders setup then you can Export that information.
