Does anyone have what they feel to be a good introduction to your giving form on your website?  We have the form embedded but seem to get questions about the recurring v pledge etc and I thought an intro paragraph might be helpful.  Send me a link if you'd like to share.

    We don't include any specific info in our intro regarding different types of gifts. We don't get any questions, but we only have the option to do a one-time or recurring gift on our form, not pledges as well, and it's pretty clear how to acheive what type of gift they want to give. I think the key is to have an user-friendly form rather than trying to fix a confusing set-up with an intro that people may or may not even read through. 



    When we do recurring gift appeals, we create special forms that only give the option of a recurring gift.

    We only give the option of a one time gift or a recurring gift on a donation form. For some appeals we may do one time gift and pledge.  I can see where it may get confusing to offer both recurring gifts and pledges on the same form.
