Changing Currency Settings on Raisers Edge 7

Silly question.. how do you change currency settings on my Raisers Edge we use Blackbaud Hosted. Its not on my Regional Settings on my computer

    Hello Rhona,

    The currency exchange rates can be set up in Configuration, under International. Once the exchange rates are set up, if you are in Gift (or Gift Batch) and need to change the currency, select the Gift menu at the top of batch, then select Currency Exchange to find the exchange rate you need.

    Ok tried this morning it's like all our gifts are set up in £ but we need them in € went into configuration and Ireland is there but I'd say it's the way one of the users was set up its stuck in £ any ideas??

    If you go into Configuration > General, you can specify the country that you're located in. RE will use the currency symbol as defined for that country in the International section, so if you've already changed Ireland to € as LaDonna suggested then I'm guessing your country on the General page is still set to United Kingdom.
