ereceipt link not working on Online Express

Hello,

We are in a trial period for Online Express but our ereceipt link will not show up on the confirmation screen or confirmation email. Is anyone else having this issue?  Having a receipt populate is obviously very important and we'd really like to switch from NetCommunity, but this seems to be an internal error and folks in support have been working on it for four days with no news.



Would also love to know if others have NO problems with ereceipts on Online Express.

    Thanks for posting this question in the Community, and so sorry for the delay! It looks like support was able to fix you up, so I wanted to include the instructions we sent so that others can use these if they run into the same issue as well.



    There are a couple of things in Online Express we need to be certain we have set up so that eReceipts are properly generating:
    • First we'll need to take a look at your receipt options from within Online Express. These can be found within Online Express, under Account > Receipt Options . You'll want to make sure that there is a next receipt number assigned. Additionally, we need to mark the checkbox that says "For recurring gifts and pledge gifts, generate an eReceipt if the first payment occurs on the same day that the online gift is submitted by the donor." Populate the rest of the fields with your organization's information.
    • Next, we'll want to check the Get Started tab of each Online Express form that you would like to generate eReceipts on. On the bottom of the page, ensure the "Generate Receipts for this form" checkbox is marked.
    From there, your pages should generate eReceipts as you expect them too!
