This our first event charging registration fees. I cannot find information on issuing a credit, can anyone point me to that information?

    What are you using to charge?  Are you using BBMS?  You will likely need to login directly to BBMS - it won't be in RE.  You'll want to adjust the gift in RE.

    Are you referring to issuing a refund for a registration? If you need to issue a refund, that will need to be done through your payment processor (like BBMS or IATS). Online Express does not have the option to issue refunds directly in the software. If you'd like to see that option added to the program, be sure to add your suggestion to our Product Ideas section of the Online Express Community here.
