Cleaning up Action Notepad Types

I am trying to reduce the number of Action Notepad Types (the DB I inherited currently has 65.) I can do a lot of this with Table Cleanup (there are 10 entries for Reunions spelled every which way imaginable.)

What Action Notepad Types are you all using, and how many do you have?

We use the action note type to track gift officer activity, so we use the following: Individual Visit, Event Visit, Campus Visit, Email, Letter, Phone, Visit Prep, Research

That is pretty much it.

What action types you need will depend on what you are trying to track within the field.

We use it to track Interactions with donors and consitituents. And also cultivation events since we do not have the Event module.
