Is there a way to have the donors listed in the batch in alphabetical order rather than in the order they made the donation?

Hi Sharon,

I believe if you open the batch in RE, click on Tools in the menu bar, then select Sort Batch... in the dropdown, you should have an option to sort by constituent name.

If I'm understanding your question correctly, once you are in Batch, go to Tools > Sort Batch and select the field you want to sort by. If you want the records sorted in OLX, before sending them to Batch, I don't know if that is possible or not.
