Editing comments field/ putting gift attributes into notification emails

My question is twofold- a. is there a way to edit the display of the comments field on the donation form, as we are trying to collect a specific piece of information and would like the field title to be reflected as such.



b. if I add a gift attribute to the donation form that is specific to this information, is there a way to include it as a field in the notification email?

    Hello Lauren,



    We can change the label of the Comments field to display something else by editing the label on the Language tab of the part.
    1. Edit the Donation Form part
    2. Click the Language tab at the top of the screen
    3. Select the appropriate Category from the drop down menu
    4. Change the field label in the Text column for corresponding items
    5. Click Save
    Gift attributes are not currently available as merge fields on the notification or acknowledgement email.
