Hi,



We are building a service center on our website using the LO APIs. I am trying to test updating a donors credit card information in our test LO environment. I'm using the method: SRRecurringAPI_updateRecurringCreditCardInfo



I am getting an error when I try to update my CC payment info: Code: 6120005

Message: "Failed to validate credit card. Please check the credit card information and try again."



I tested using 4111111111111111 as well as a real credit card with the correct expiration and CVV. Either way I get an error message.



If I send it bogus info like an invalid card number or expired date I get the responses you'd expect.



Is there some way for us to test this functionality in our development environment?

    SRRecurringAPI is the server API. Are you really doing this from your server and not the client?

    Just to clarify, we are doing this in our testing environment, not on the production site. We have just started to play around with this functionality so I will get further details from the developer and post them here. I wasn't sure if this was coming up because we are in a test environment and really cannot verify the credit card information or if it might be something else. Thanks
