Cannot Upload Images

Hey Dan!



Please try the following things, and if these don't work for you create a case on case central.



1. Ensure the file size is less than 4 MB.


2. Use your fully qualified domain name when logging into the site. This is the URL that your donors would actually use to access the site.


3. Go under Administration, Sites & settings and ensure that SSL is not marked for admin pages. Please note this won't work if you're hosted by us, so if you're hosted you can stop here and skip to the paragraph after the steps.


4. After doing step 3, when you go back to the image gallery edit the URL in your address bar so that it says HTTP instead of HTTPS. Some browsers hide this, so you may have to click in the address bar to see it. It may also help to clear your browser cashe at this stage.
