Administrator can not edit pages on BBNC Spark

I am an administrator for our BBNC Spark pages (and the only one who has access) and I went to edit a page and am unable to do so. I can not edit any of the parts. The little drop down box does not appear or is not even available for me to click. I have the blue bar on the top. I went to do it via Site Explorer and can not edit via Pages or Parts....when I click to edit I get a blank screen. HELP!

Hey Lauren,

Please clear your browse cashe to fix this. This is a common thing to happen after a version update. If that doesn't work, please contact your IT staff to assist in the cashe clear. Depending on how your network is set up there may be more they have to do.
