How do I set up to include Pref Name if individual or Dear Friend if organisation without having to send two separate emails?

On a personalised email, in the salutation, I want either Dear 'Pref Name' to show up, or if an organisation, I want ' Dear Friend' to show up. How do I set this up?

    Since you're emailing constituents and organizations I don't think doing it in one email will work. If they were both constituent lists you could use conditional content: https://www.blackbaud.com/files/suppo...



    To have merge fields on an email with organizations you will have to follow the steps for custom merge fields. This is because constituent lists cannot email organizations. Here's the Knowledgebase solution for that: http://www.blackbaud.com/kb/index?pag...

    Robyn - on a related note, we have done some Discovery recently and would like to solve the problem of not currently being able to email to Organization constituents in RE via BBNC.
