What is the best way to offer faculty a student directory?

I've tried making a directory part - I discover this part only pulls from RE, so I made a query of current students, that works fine. But I don't see a way to show links to or display the student's parents.

I'm thinking I must be doing it wrong - any insight would be most appreciated. Many thanks.

Hey Charles!

There's a Directory (Education Edge) part as well that pulls the records from EE. Please try out that part, and let me know if it doesn't do what you're looking for.

Bingo - many thanks.

I'm now fiddling with making the found students link to a display of the related parents and guardians, sort of the reverse of what the parent directory does, and very much like you would see in FAWeb. Not there yet - would you have any pointers?

Hey Charles,

You would want to look at the merge fields available on the Profile Display (Education Edge). If the merge fields you're looking for aren't there then we would want to make a new thread as an idea.
