Need help setting up conference style event with multiple registratoins

We are creating a conference style event. What is the best setup for people to register for for the parts of the conference that they are going to attend? Do we need to set up separate events?

    I recommend setting up separate events in RE, grouping them together for reporting and accounting purposes. Then add them all to one event registration (classic) form in BBNC so they display on one page for ease of registration. You can have different participant attributes within each one, so you are collecting meal preferences with the food events, accommodation preferences with overnight selections, emergency contact information for sports/activity events, etc. The registrations come into one plug-in transaction for processing to batch.
