Split Gifts' Campaigns Are Not Properly Assigned

I am having a recurring issue where a gift is split between funds (event registration with additional donation, donation to two funds, etc.) but the campaign is not being applied. The first gift will have a campaign assigned, but the second will have a blank campaign.



I have made sure that the fund's default is to the campaign I want, but this seems to be ignored.



Any suggestions? Am I missing something? There is no KB solution.

    When it comes to setting a campaign as a default, this is handled in The Raiser's Edge batch as opposed to NetCommunity. Because of this you may do better contacting The Raiser's Edge support. We're mostly NetCommunity experts on this board.



    Of course having a default campaign setting inside NetCommunity is a valid idea, so we can make a thread for that if you like, so it can be handled by NetCommunity in the future.

  • I posted here because this is only happening with BBNC gifts. BBNC transactions should still follow RE rules, right? I will contact RE support as well.



    A campaign assignment is also a good idea because the default is not always the appropriate campaign.



    BBNC automatically does so much and that's great, except when it's not.
