How do you handle Credit Card Refunds? Currently we have to create a revenue update batch so we can keep an audit trail in BCRM, then go to BBMS and process the refund. It feels like a disconnect somewhere. If i refund in BBMS shouldn't an update batch get created?

    We're mostly BBNC experts on this form. This is more of a BBMS and RE question. I recommend reaching out to BBMS support to see what they think is best for BBMS and RE refund integration.
