Full Event Registrations not showing up on Donor Record

Hi, I had a registration come through for a total of $380 which would an admission to the event and a sponsorship. When it came through though I only saw the admission, not the sponsorship both in the batch under the event registration and then once committed, on the event module on the persons record. I am not sure which sponsorship they person chose since we had multiple at that price. I contacted the person but have not had a response yet.

Can anyone help explain?

Hey Lauren,

This is something that is probably better in a case than on the forms. I recommend to create one with support. We can pull the raw data of the NetCommunity transaction and compare that to what's showing on the record. If we do it that way you don't have to contact the registrant to find out what they wrote on the form.
