    Hey Everyone,



    To clarify Deeanne's question, she wants to know what you do when you have large MP3 files since NetCommunity normally has a cap of 10MB on file uploads. What do you do when the limit can't be raised, or when you don't have time to contact Blackbaud to ask to raise the limit?

    I have the same need on our site. We're a guide dog organization and have many blind clients using our site. We must be able to have audio versions of some of our content on the site. Would love to hear the solution.

    The solution I used was to download dbPoweramp (no cost). Then you can compress the audio file and it made it small enough that I could upload it to our BBNC website. Hope this helps.
