Multiple problems with NetCommunity Spark, BBMS, BBPS.

Hello, we have been using NetCommunity Spark, BBMS and BBPS for a little under a year. We have experienced extensive issues, including slowness on the donation page, donations not going through and duplicate donations. (for which we get charged!).



We self-host Raiser's Edge, and the connector to NetCommunity spark seems to be working ok. NCS, BBMS and BBPS are of course hosted by blackbaud.



We have submitted multiple tickets, but can't seem to find anyone who can assist.



Is anyone else facing these issues? Thanks in advance - Julie VanDore
