Preview tab in Pages and Templates does NOT preview

How can I make the preview tab preview a page or template in Google Chrome or Firefox; two of the suggested web browsers from Blackbaud? It previews in Safari.

    Hey Jim,



    I use Chrome and Firefox and haven't encountered an issue with the preview tab. My guess is that Chrome and Firefox and blocking popups for you, while Safari is not. You may also try clearing the cashe and cookies in your Chrome and Firefox.

    Thank you for your help Karen. I did what you said, but it still did not work. I checked developer info, and it had java information exclaimed. As if it was blocking it. Could that be the case?

    Based on the information we have, it's going to be those things. I think what's best for this is to create a case with support so we can look into it further.

    I was hoping it was simple, and it probably still is. I may just need to reboot or wait for changes to take effect. I notice not all browser changes are instant. If not, then i will create a case as suggested.
