Social media integration

I would like to see Blackbaud incorporate social media integration with NetCommunity more. It's a pain that a user just can't use his/her user name and password from social media to login into NetCommnunity. It would be wonderful if this feature is added.

    In NetCommunity GROW and NetCommunity PRO (this is not available in Spark) you can enable social website login on a User Login part. You can integrate NetCommunity with Janrain, a third-party authentication service to allow users to sign in with Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc. For more information and steps to configure social sign on see the following pages from the user guide:

    "I apologize. We don't have a way to integrate this. We have attempted to build some features for this, but none have worked well enough so far to be useable. If you would like to see this feature in the future I recommend to share an idea with us.     From the the above chat support, I have the impression that Blacbkaud could not get it to work in NetCommunity. However, you're saying it does work if we have the GROW or Pro version, correct? I just want to confirm this.

    That's my fault, sorry. Apparently we fixed Janrain integration recently, but we'd need to get you upgraded to at least Grow. Right now you guys are on spark. I can have your Account Executive reach out to you about upgrading your package if you like, just let us know.
