How do I delete page url now that the page has been deleted?

I create new page, called II_Donatepage, and then set the Page URL to be /pages/donate. I then realized I had the page already created, so I deleted this page. Now it won't let me use /pages/donate as my Page URL. It says it's already in use, and I don't see it in the list of Page URLs.

    Let's try undeleting the page, changing the page URL and then deleting it again. We can find the deleted pages under Site Explorer, Pages & templates, Deleted Pages/Templates.

    I've got personally seen the error happen after a page was completely deleted. I think if that's happening to you the best thing is to make a case with support about it.
