We have a holiday email that was designed for us by a third party company. How can I import it into NetCommunity? I tried copying the html code, but it doesn't work properly.

    Copying the HTML is the way to do it. If it's not working you will want to reach out to whoever made the HTML for you. It may not be formatted correctly for an email.
