NetCommunity - Back Office Web Service is lost - anyone else seeing this error?

I am trying to edit content in some existing NetCommunity parts. Log in was very slow, and the error 'The connection to the back office web service has been lost' is posted at the top of every page in NC. Is anyone else seeing this? NetCommunity is web hosted (for us, anyway) so can I assume the issue is at the NC end? If so, is there a time to resolution? Thanks!

    Your Blackbaud NetCommunity website is split-hosted which means Blackbaud hosts your NetCommunity website and you host your own Raiser's Edge database on-premise.



    The error you're seeing indicates that NetCommunity cannot reach your on-premise Raiser's Edge Web Service (REWS) server.



    You'll want to reach out to your IT resources (if not yourself) and verify that your REWS server is up and responding normally.
