How to add breadcrumbs

I would like to add breadcrumbs to my templates and/or pages. How can this be done in NetCommunity?

    You can have automatic breadcrumbs using JavaScript which works out the current page based on the URL or menu or something else. It seems to be the best way to do it as there is no built in part for this.
