Date of birth field (various depending on browsers)

Help! When our supporters use Internet Explorer (and a lot of them still do), the date of birth field for Net Community user log in does not show them the format. A number of the fields across Net Community don't work well with Internet Explorer. It is really hard for us to engage donors online when the technology works against us.
