in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®: General Discussion
If a donor submits a pledge via NetCommunity, will BBMS automatically charge their card on the payment due date(s) or is that a manual process we have to do through the Raiser's Edge? We do not have the EFT module.

    Hey Bonnie,



    These are charged in The Raiser's Edge, and go into BBMS that way, so I would recommend getting the EFT module. I don't think it's necessary, but it makes things much easier. If you have more questions on that I recommend creating a support case with The Raiser's Edge support.

    Bonnie: I have the EFT Module, but learned the hard way that BBMS will not automatically charge the card entered through NetCommunity. Be sure to go in and process the batch through RE.
