Warning message when editing parts

What happened to the warning message on parts? It was added in one of the more recent updates, and popped up if you clicked "edit" a part. It had a reminder that editing a part would change it universally and offered the option to copy the part instead. That is no longer showing up when I go to edit a part and I'm wondering why. Having an option to copy a part from within a page was a huge time saver.

I've seen the same thing, but not on every part and not every time. I haven't been able to tie rhyme or reason to when it will/won't show up. I don't think this feature has been removed, but on occasion it's just not working consistently. I default to "old faithful" - the Usage tab.

Thanks for the reply, Rebecca. It's good to know I'm not the only one who's noticed it. It does seem to be sporadic.
