Matching Gift Pledges are created even though allow matching gifts is not checked

When gifts are processed into RE, matching gift pledges are created for individuals who have relationships with MGOs even though allow matching gifts is not checked.

    If we don't have matching gifts on the form it shouldn't be creating matching gift records when processing. Let's give support a call so we can process one of these with you.

    Follow-up, this seems to be happening in RE. Looks like the event doesn't have the option, but when the gift is edited in batch a MG pops up because the person has a relationship with a matching gift company.
