Error tracking participant donations?

Hello all,

We're running a Run/Walk Fundraiser page. We have a general donation page and participants can create their own page with their story and their goal amount with a progress bar and a link to support/donate them.

However, recently the donations for participants haven't been tracking. It seems that the support link is going directly to the overall donation and not being attributed to the participant.

Is there a way to check/fix this?
