Admission form : Add more than one file to upload in a document part

If you don't know how many files will be uploaded and to prevent putting multiple document part fields in your form.


For example: submit all the transcripts and / or report cards from previous years

    One option is to have the document upload fields hidden by default but have one set showing on the form.



    Upload Document


    Add a checkbox item to the form called 'Upload Another form?' or something like that.



    That checkbox can trigger a conditional rule to unhide the next mapped document upload section and checkbox.



    This can be chained down the form for as many upload segments as you want to add. The document upload fields all need to be mapped and hidden and set to show when the checkboxes are marked. Each document upload section needs a new checkbox tied to it. Conditional rules can get a bit messy but naming the upload piece and the checkbox similarly will hopefully take some of the pain out of the setup.

    thank you for your answer. I already chose this option in my form with a different way, asking in a dropdown menu how many documents need to be uploaded and then displaying the corresponding number of attachment file fields.


    But I agree with you put the rules for that is a bit tricky.



    So it will be great to have this idea of a multiple files upload in a document part in your roadmap.
