Refreshing Mailing Lists

Lists need a refresh button when viewing the lists, without clicking the edit option. Even better, refresh the lists that are tied to a dynamic query automatically based on a schedule. Every week, I have to edit each of our lists (dozens of them) and click refresh inside each one.

    Hey David,

    You don't have to refresh the lists before sending a message. The only thing refreshing the list does is visually show you the latest version of the list under Email, Lists. The Message section does it's own refresh before emailing that list. The message refresh and the refresh under Email, Lists are two separate things. If you want to do the refresh under Email, Lists for your peace of mind, that's totally fine of course, but from the software's perspective it's not necessary. I hope that helps.

    Thanks, and I realize this, and explained the same thing to my marketing folks, who use these lists. But they want to see the current number of people who are in the list. I held a meeting simply about lists and out of that meeting, I was instructed by my boss to refresh these lists every week. This is a real pain and it could be made easier.
