Is there a way to reset the performance analytics on an Online Express dashboard?

I have been running dummy credit card transactions through Online Express (BPS is set to the demo mode). All of these transacations are being factored into the performace analytics on the dashbaord. Was hoping there was a mechanism to reset the performance stats on the dashboard.

    Hi Mark. Once transactions have been downloaded and processed into RE, there is no way to reset the stats on the dashboards. This is something that we are looking into however for a future update.



    That said, if you have not yet processed the transactions and added the data to RE, when you delete the transactions before you download them, they will be removed from the dashboard.

    As I'm testing our donation form the number of views keeps on going up. It would be nice to reset that figure once it goes live. It would also be nice to exclude our own views from that figure, but I expect that's harder to do.

    Paul, one option is once you are done testing, create a copy of that original form. Copy is an available action on the dashboard, and will copy all of the forms options & styles. Then go live with the copy.



    All of its stats will start fresh at 0.

    This is critical in events processing to be able to transition an event registration form from TEST to Production. Please provide a work around until this functionality is added. Thank you

    A reset would sure be nice. We show 53 views, but many of them were our staff viewing and testing while new to Online Express. Within this time, we received a gift and our stats are very skewed.
