Can I change the default "from address" in event thank you emails?

Every new event created in Online Express uses the email address of a past employee for the "from address". I'm pretty good at catching it when I customize the Thank You for each event... but I'm sure I'll miss it eventually.

I'd like to have it default to our general department email.

As I've created more and more donation and event forms... it would be helpful to set a default text all around for the thank-you emails!
