Not receiving any emails from Online Express

Discovered this problem earlier in July. Test messages, donation notification emails, and all other emails from Online Express are not coming to my email. Another staff member is experiencing this issue, but all other staff members in our same network are not.

    Hi Anna. I'm sure you already have, but double check your junk folders. Is there anything unique about you and your colleague's workstations that are not getting messages?



    Typically internal messages that aren't getting delivered relate to firewall issues on your network, but it's not typical that some workstations on the network get messages while others do not.
  • Yes, thanks - they are not in our junk folders. It's confusing to me too! I sent an email from OX to all staff and most received the message, but myself and my co-worker did not.
