Error message when clicking on BBMS settings AND online help. See error message below. Security protocols are on.

This page can't be displayed

•Make sure the web address https://bbms.blackbaud.com is correct.

•Look for the page with your search engine.

•Refresh the page in a few minutes.

•Make sure TLS and SSL protocols are enabled. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > Security

Hi Douglas. Are you still having this problem? If so, if you just type http://bbms.blackbaud.com into your browser, are you able to reach the Blackbaud Merchant Service web portal successfully or do you see an error in your browser?
