List of donors with total amount of gifts >$250/year for 5 consecutive years with exclusions on campaign and appeals

I have recieved a similar request - I wrote a Constituent query using the Total Amount of Gifts field under the Summary Information. Once you select that field you get a dailog box asking if you wish to apply criteria to the field - say Yes - and then add your criteria.

Total Amount of Gifts >$250, with filters of the Date Range of your first year and the appropriate Campaigns, Funds and Appeals.

Select Total Amount of Gifts again - with criteria of Total Amount >$250 and filters of the Date Range of the second year with the corresponding Campaigns, Funds and Appeals.  

Once you have selected your Summary Criteria - be sure that you have joined each criteria with an AND - other wise you will get people who gave >$250 in two of the five years - but not all five years.

I've attached a copy of the Query Control Report for the query I wrote for our DOD to review the giving patterns of a certain level of donors for each of the past five Fiscal Years.  

Even though the query contains very detailed information - I still wrote an export so that I could pull out additional information about each of the donors, in addition to the total giving.
