Hello, I am trying to add a scanned letter to the media tab. I have done this many times before, but now I keep getting the error msg "Required Field Missing: Object". Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Did you get this resolved? I had that recently with some photos. It was something crazy with the program that was being used to save the photos originally. I ended up openining the photos and resaving them, and then it worked. Maybe the file name was too long?

    When I added a new media it gives me the option to "create new "or " create from file". I always chose create new - Adobe Acrobat Document then choose the file I had uploaded on the FPT site. Now it only works when I chose Create new file. I'm not sure why the other option isnt working anymore, but I can still do what I need to : ) .

    Weird. Does it work if you download the file from the FTP site and then create the Media item from the PDF on your desktop? That's a really clunky way to do it but I'm wondering if RE is having issues with the FTP site.
