Parent Constituency Codes

How do other organizations get historical data on parents once they become past parents?  Do you use date to and date from in the constituency code area and if so, how does that affect report running.

 

Answer similar to your first question.  I don't deal with current vs. past for parents, but do have it with board and staff so I know they can make a difference.

Have you looked at the knowledgebase solutions about this?   Here's one that describes how gift detail report is affected.  There are other solutions about using the codes, too.
