How do you accomplish this? Do you have recommendations? We would like to track the process from the applications to the decision to the report due dates to the close of the grant for which we applied.

If you have the Prospect Tab you can create a Proposal to track the process. That is the best way that we have found to keep track of our grants. This allows you to track the requested gift amount, amount expected, the status of the proposal, etc. You can also link actions, media, and gifts to an existing proposal so that you can see all the activity associated with the proposal on one tab.

If you do not have the Prospect Tab, then Actions is probably the next best place to track of where you are in the process. I would also add the grant requests and reports to the Media Tab.
