Anybody Gotten eReceipts to Work?

Options

We have been trying in vain to get eReceipts working. Blackbaud has been no help. We have the parameters for emailing (mail options) set in business rules. They are set exactly as they are set for instance in WordPress, which has no problem sending automated emails via SMTP through our Exchange Server 2010. However, the eReceipts NEVER get to the recipient, nor do they even enter the Exchange Server system. Has anyone gotten eReceipts to work with an Exchange Server?

This is a very timely question - I am struggling right now to get them to work. We keep getting the same error message of an SMTP error. I would love to get this working, as a conservation organization we want to reduce our paper output (and save money on stamps!)

Blackbaud customer support walked me through again today. Our SMTP parameters are okay. We set up eReceipting from scratch and the test worked. We will delete the nonworking eReceipt query/job and rebuild from the working test.
